If you eat everything that you make from scratch, then you won't have to worry about what is in your food. However, if you buy a lot of processed foods (foods that come in a bottle, can or box) then you might want to know what you are really eating.
For example, did you know that fertilizer is often added to bread? Check the label of the next loaf you buy and see if it contains ammonium sulfate! It is a chemical that provides nitrogen to the yeast to make a more consistent loaf of bread!
